Free Online Diet Plans for Healthy Persons
The Free Online Spiritual Diet Plan and the Free Online Healthy Person Diet Plan are basic for everyone.  We suggest that you print them out.  

Introduction To
The BIBLICAL DIET PYRAMID
Will you climb it?

     Dr. Jacobson acknowledges that it is not easy:  THE WORD ON HEALTH p63 "I have also found, as you may have, that consistently exercising self-control in the area of diet is one of the greatest battlegrounds between the flesh and the spirit (See Galatians 5:17 again)."  On p71, he adds, " ...real food occurs in nature without man's intervention, other than to plant it, harvest it, or catch it."  On page 137, he says, "The ordinary food of the average Hebrew of the Bible was bread, olives, oil, buttermilk and cheese from their flock; fruits and vegetables from their orchards and gardens; and meat on rare occasions."   [From: Fred H. Wight, Manners and Customs of Bible Lands (Chicago:  Moody Press, 1953) 43.]
     As you look at the Biblical Diet Pyramid on the next page, try to decide how high you intend to climb this month.  At the beginning of next month, decide how much further to go toward the top.  If all you take on is one more challenge each month, you will still be progressing.
Challenge #1: 6-10 glasses of pure water daily (We fill containers each morning).
Challenge #2: Only whole grains (We soak overnight and cook in the morning) .
Challenge #3: 4-6 servings (one-half cup each) at least half raw (We use AIM Garden Trio, etc.).
Challenge #4: 3 servings of  raw fruit as a typical daily dessert or snack between meals.
Challenge #5: Legumes (1 or more), nuts, yogurt and cheese (not milk) in moderation.
Challenge #6: Olive oil and butter as principal fats, avoiding margarine.
Challenge #7: Eat fish at least once or twice/week, poultry slightly more-4 oz., eat eggs in 
   moderation (limit 4 per week).  Limit sweets to a few a week-eat fresh fruit instead.
Challenge #8: Reserve red meat for special occasions and guests.  The goal is less than once 
   weekly.
     
     So, go to the Biblical Diet Pyramid now and start your climb.  Don't worry about missing a step now and then for one celebration or another.   Just keep moving on.  Likely, it won't be easy, but with the grace of God you can make it.

Unless contrary to the guidelines of one's personal physician, Dr. Jacobson's Biblical Diet
Pyramid and the following suggestions from professionals may help you to establish a lifestyle plan for maximum energy and productivity as well as for optimum health.  You may wish to set a goal of 10 % gain in alertness, productivity, longevity, and enjoyment of living.  
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:
1. EXERCISE-preferably an hour/day, whether bedridden or not.  It may take
    an hour to work the heart.  See our Free Online Athletic Diet Plan.

2. ENERGY SOURCES   
    BREATHING:  Do deep breathing, exhaling twice as long as
    inhaling, five times each day.  Oxygen is our most important 
    nutrient.
    REST8 hours   Best rest: 9 PM-3 AM.  This is rebuild-time.
    WATER:  Drink 1 ounce of water  for every 2 pounds of body
    weight.  Double this when perspiring.
    (Example:  128 pounds/2= 64 ounces of water/day (2 quarts)).
      Drink up to 1/2 hour before a meal and wait 2 hours after a meal.
                                                  SUNSHINE:  Get 10 to 20 minutes/day.
3. DAILY ROUTINE: (for best rest, maximum energy, strength and disease prevention)      
    The best pattern:    (LIFESTYLE CHOICES by Donald Kraus)
       6 AM - Noon         Waste elimination
       Noon - 6 PM         Digestion of food    Chew food thoroughly.
       6 PM - 10 PM       Assimilation of nutrients
       9 PM - 5 AM        Rest (sleep)-body rebuilding
    Eat any meat before 2 PM.  It takes 4 hours to digest meat.     No eating after 6 PM.  
4. FOOD AND DRINK:  
         Since organic food is likely to be two to four times as nutritious as non-organic, it is
    nutritionally cheaper to purchase organic food.  Most importantly, this avoids the poisons of
    insecticides, fungicides and commercial fertilizers. (See books by Mary Ruth Swope).
         Avoid unnecessary supplementation.  To save money and sustain health:
1.  Determine what inherited genes (&DNA) need in nutritional support through a 
personal scientific analysis.
2.  Arrange for a monthly autoship of the nutrients needed to support the
disadvantaged genes.

        Avoid or severely limit non-nutrients like white flour, refined sugar & fried foods.  Avoid
   genetically modified corn, soy, canola oil,, cottenseed oil. etc. (See YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW

   Dr. Nancy Appleton gives 59 reasons why sugar ruins your health.  Read her book
   LICK THE SUGAR HABIT.  Also, a can of pop may "knock out" your immune system for much
   of a day.
   Use a salt that contains all of the nutrients, not ordinary table salt.
   Examine labels for toxic ingredients like MSG (monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed
   protein, etc.), commonly included in restaurant gravies.  Severely limit or avoid processed
   foods, basically shopping the perimeter of supermarkets and not the aisles.  A physician, 
   who is a chemist, recommends purchasing nothing in cans. (See Dr. Blaylock's books)
   Consider the antiviral properties of organic raw garlic!!! 
   Avoid Aspartame (Nutra Sweet, Canderel, AminoSweet, etc.) in food, drinks, gum and
   sweeteners-which may contribute in causing seizures, dementia, Alzheimer's, etc..

             These suggestions are not a rigid code, especially at times of celebration.
5. OTHER:  Do a parasite cleanse annually, especially if in contact with pets.     
  A registered nurse & many other professionals say there can be great benefit in fasting.
  Avoid cancer-causing foods:  too many calories (especially animal fat), high temperature
    cooking, nitrites in processed meats, molds in contaminated peanut products,  and smoked or
    char-broiled foods.

  Eliminate toxic cleaning products.  Use only non-toxic products on the hair, skin 
    and nails and avoid breathing the air in salons using them.
